As a boxing coach with 10+ years of experience, I offer personalized lessons focusing on technique, fitness, and mental discipline. Sessions last 60 minutes and include warm-ups, skill development (footwork, punches, defense), conditioning, and cool-downs. Safety and proper form are my priorities. I’ve worked with all skill levels, from beginners to advanced fighters, and welcome students aged 9 and up.
