About Özgün
I managed to have a strong and athletic body weighing more than 137 kilos on my own, I read all kinds of relevant and relevant research, articles, books and achieved successful results by applying it on myself with the trial and error method. I think my experience and advice will be very useful.
First of all, I lost weight from 137 kg to 79 kg. Now i gained 17kg (most of e are muscles) without being fat for perform better on my weightlifting journey.
