About Capprin
I'm a roboticist based in the Boston area. I have a M.S. in Robotics from Oregon State University, and a B.S. in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Colorado School of Mines. I have both industry and research experience in these fields, and love to talk about them!
When I'm not working, I like exercising, going outside, and eating food with friends.

My teaching style is informed by your goals as a student. Do you need to learn this material for an exam, an interview, or forever? I'll then structure lessons to maximize "return" on those goals - how many points you receive, key application areas, etc. I can draw on my own experience to discuss applications, or my math background to provide deeper foundations.
I will always base lessons on whatever source material you can provide, whether that's a subject area, textbook, or homework assignment. Given any of these, I'll first understand what is confusing, potentially provide additional instruction, and always work on examples with you.
I'm focused on mathematics, programming, physics, and robotics for the undergraduate to graduate level. I have taken many courses in these subject areas, taught the same material, and applied it in research and industry.
