About Kamila
I’m currently studying Mathematical and Computer Modeling and specialize in SAT Math tutoring. I scored 770 on the SAT Math section myself, so I know exactly what it takes to achieve a high score. More importantly, I’ve helped students make significant improvements, with score increases of 100–200 points through personalized lessons, targeted practice, and effective test-taking strategies. My goal is to make even the most challenging concepts easy to understand. I focus on building a strong mathematical foundation, improving problem-solving skills, and teaching the strategies that help students work both accurately and efficiently on test day. My lessons begin with a full-length SAT practice test on Bluebook to identify each student’s strengths and areas for improvement. During our lessons, we carefully analyze every mistake to understand not only the correct answer, but also why the mistake happened. Based on this analysis, I create a personalized study plan. Weak topics are reviewed in depth using the Panda SAT Math book, and after each lesson, students receive targeted homework to reinforce the concepts we’ve covered. As the exam approaches, the focus shifts to speed and test strategy. Homework is assigned under timed conditions to simulate the real SAT and help students develop effective pacing. We also work extensively with official College Board Question Bank problems to improve both accuracy and efficiency. Throughout the course, I teach students how to recognize the fastest solution for each question, including when using Desmos is the better strategy and when solving by hand is more efficient.
