Every session starts with a complete assessment of where your body is that day.
The warm up is specific to that session — preparing the exact muscles, joints and breathing pattern required before any intensity begins.
The main workout is coached in real time — form, alignment, breathing and muscle activation corrected throughout every single rep and every single movement. You are never just going through the motions. You are training with purpose.
The cool down is specific to what you just did — targeted stretching, muscle release and a breathing technique designed to bring your system down correctly.
Because of this, you walk out feeling strong and recovered — not exhausted and depleted.
Every exercise has its own breathing instruction.
When to inhale. When to exhale. When to brace.
Breathing is the difference between a session that drains you and one that builds you.
