About Liam
I teach Taekwondo and Martial Arts because I think it is a great way to get fit, while also having many reasons to set yourself personal goals. You can get fit alongside learning to defend yourself, progressing through the belts and gradings, learning techniques for other styles and more.

My lessons cater to all ability levels and are beginner friendly. I will spend sessions devoted to all different areas of the Martial Arts: Fitness, Flexibility, Sparring, Self Defence, Patterns, Techniques, Board Breaking and more. This is all important for the grading structure, although it is not compulsory to grade.
