About Anant
I am a Biomedical Scientist from the University of Sheffield & have a Post Graduate Education in Nutrition and Health from the University of Wagenigan Amsterdam. I founded my own company Indoriv Clinical in 2011 and have been in the clinical research and nutrition sector since then.

My teaching method is based on a practical approach. I have learnt through my own journey of losing 80 kgs that every individual is different and unique.
Structure of Modules:
1. Understanding the human body.
2. Understanding the Macro Nutrients
3. Understanding the Micro Nutritients
4. Understanding the Thyroid & Metabolism
5. Understanding Digestion
6. Understanding Alcohol Consumption & its effects
7. Understanding Exercise and its impact on the body
8. Designing our own personal body plan.
Both a focus group and individual approach is followed while teaching.
