About Luke
I am a 22 year old medical student at Bangor University who is originally from South Wales. In my spare time I enjoy swimming, going for walks, gaming, and spending quality time with my friends and partner. I am also passionate about biology, health, and mental health as an interest and not just as a career or simply because I have to study it, so am eager to share my knowledge with you!

The method of teaching I use will be very much dependent on your individual needs, as I feel that using a variety of methods works best for me! I find that breaking topics down into easily digestible chunks and processes, as opposed to writing & reading pages & pages of notes, and using mnemonics greatly aids my revision, and would share any helpful mnemonics, revision tips, and key concepts I have learned during lessons! I also find that applying knowledge through quizzes and summarising key concepts with comprehensive diagrams or videos aids in retaining information as much as possible. Ideally, lessons would be 1 hour long but can be longer or shorter as required.
I achieved an A in GCSE and A-level biology, and recently graduated from Cardiff University with a 1st class degree in Biomedical Sciences. I am now continuing to apply my knowledge of human anatomy while studying medicine at Bangor University. My lessons are aimed at students studying GCSE and A-level biology.
