About Vivien
I am a passionate and dedicated Biomedical science student in my final year at Sussex University. I choose to tutor because I find that schools lack focus on each individuals understanding, and because I know that all students learn in different ways and I want to be able to support that. I had a tutor during my time at school and I found it life-changing, and I want to help other students like me. I received a 9 in Biology GCSE and an A* in Biology A-level, and am currently on track to graduate with a 1st.

I am offering tutoring that is tailored to each individual student to enhance understanding and to prepare for exams. I have a range of teaching techniques and will discuss with each student what type of learning works best for them. I create my own clear revision notes for the students to revise from and provide practice exam questions which I will walk them through. My teaching can also involve mind-maps, personalised quizzes on Quizlet, PowerPoint presentations and work/activities to take home to do to ensure their learning is consistent and to help them remember content from the lesson. I hope to make learning fun as well as focusing on each students individual needs.
