About Heba
I am a biomedical graduate from Newcastle University, I have studied biology and chemistry in GCSE, A-levels and in university. I have taught biology lessons for the past few years at university to younger students, acting as a mentor. I have also taught family friends during their GCSEs and A levels.

One of the most important things I take into consideration is the particular student! Every student has different learning techniques so I approach teaching in an individualised manner. I always ask the students to let me know what subject they want to study to ensure I am well prepared for the session and focus on the areas in which they struggle. I love to make Q-cards and mind maps, making my sessions as interactive as possible, as I really feel it is a good way to learn! I also offer the opportunity to the student, after I teach them the content for them to teach it back to me, this way they remember and understand the session more.
