About Iniya
Hello! My name is Iniya! I am an incoming university freshman with a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping students succeed. I recently completed high school and will be pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas. My recent experience with middle school and high school coursework allows me to relate to students and explain concepts in a way that is clear and easy to understand.

I have 4 years of tutoring through my education in high school. During this time, I have worked with other high school students in both one-on-one and a small group settings. I have helped students with homework, exam preparation, and standardized tests. I have experience teaching topics such as AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP Calculus, AP US History, AP US Government, AP Macroeconomics, and etc.
My teaching approach is centered on patience, active learning, and problem-solving. I adapt each lesson to the student's individual learning style by providing step-by-step explanations, using real-world examples, and creating practice problems. My goal is to help students build confidence, strengthen their understanding of the material, and develop independent learning skills. I am committed to creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
