About Ansh
Biomedical Engineering student at SJSU. In my freshman year of college, I struggled with studying and got a 2.9 GPA. However, instead of giving up, I chose to develop study strategies and figure out why I struggled so much. My following year I got a 3.9 GPA and Dean's List. I know that failing a test and struggling in a subject can tank your confidence and leave you doubting your work and abilities. It can feel as if nothing you do works, however, I assure you that is not the case. Often there’s small issues that negatively alter our study habits and material retention, fixing these habits is what can truly help you succeed.

As a student myself, I’ve found that it’s important to build a strong foundation to promote learning. In my lessons I would like to ensure every concept and all fundamentals are understood and can be utilized as such. Oftentimes I find that there is a small piece that prevents students' complete understanding of material and identifying this piece is what gives them the most trouble. With professors, they can gloss over small details like this which leaves students even more lost. As a tutor, I hope to fill these gaps so that everything falls into place.
