About Zara
I hold a Master’s degree in Biology and have spent the last decade teaching students the beauty and logic behind living systems. My teaching style emphasises understanding, curiosity, and interconnection — showing how biology links molecular detail with the bigger picture of life. I design my sessions to be interactive and exploratory. Students are encouraged to ask questions, form hypotheses, and think independently. My Biology lessons start with exploring the building blocks of life — cells, DNA, and biochemical processes — before moving into systems physiology, genetics, and evolution. I use a discovery-based approach, where students explore concepts through inquiry, visuals, and real-world examples. Interactive diagrams, models, and multimedia presentations make complex systems easy to understand. I also introduce students to experimental reasoning — analysing data, interpreting results, and drawing conclusions like scientists.
