About Tisya
My passion for Biology began with an interest in understanding the natural world and the incredible diversity of life. I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, and for the past 5 years I have helped students explore scientific concepts through friendly and approachable teaching methods. Sharing this subject with learners continues to inspire me every day.
I believe every student learns best when lessons are adapted to their pace and style. My teaching approach focuses on clear explanations, visual learning tools, and practical examples that make difficult topics easier to understand. I encourage students to ask questions and develop confidence through understanding.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy learning about environmental conservation, medical research, and wildlife studies. These interests help me bring interesting real-world connections into my lessons. Seeing students become more curious and excited about science is one of the greatest rewards of being a Biology teacher.

My Biology lessons help students understand the fascinating world of living organisms through clear and simple explanations. I teach topics such as cell biology, genetics, ecosystems, human anatomy, evolution, and plant science using everyday examples and visual learning methods. Instead of focusing only on memorisation, I encourage learners to understand how different biological systems work together. Diagrams and structured discussions help make lessons more engaging.
Each lesson is planned according to the student's learning needs and academic goals. Beginners build confidence with basic concepts and scientific vocabulary, while intermediate students improve their understanding of biological processes and relationships. Advanced learners strengthen analytical thinking through detailed topic exploration and guided practice. Regular revision helps students retain knowledge and improve naturally.
Biology encourages observation, curiosity, and critical thinking. My goal is to help students appreciate the complexity of life while building confidence in their own abilities. Through steady support and patient teaching, learners discover that Biology can become one of their favourite subjects.
