About Maeve
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and have 6 years of teaching experience. My passion for Biology began with a deep curiosity about how living organisms function and interact with their environment. Over time, I have helped students build strong understanding and confidence through structured and supportive teaching.
My teaching style focuses on clarity, visualization, and adaptability. I use diagrams and examples to make complex topics easier to understand and remember. I also adjust my teaching approach based on each student’s pace and comfort level, ensuring they feel supported and encouraged throughout their learning journey.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring nature and reading about new developments in Biology. Teaching is deeply fulfilling because I see students become more curious and confident over time. Helping them achieve their academic goals motivates me to continue teaching with dedication.

Biology becomes much more engaging when students understand how living systems function together instead of memorizing large amounts of information without context. My lessons focus on building strong conceptual clarity in topics such as cell biology, human anatomy, genetics, and ecology through simple and detailed explanations. I guide students step by step so they can understand processes clearly and connect different concepts easily. I use diagrams, visual aids, and real-life examples to make learning more meaningful and easier to remember. Each session is interactive and supportive, encouraging students to ask questions and explore ideas confidently.
I design my lessons based on the student’s level and learning pace. Beginners focus on basic topics like cells, tissues, and simple life processes using repetition and visual learning. Intermediate learners explore body systems, plant biology, and genetics with deeper explanations and connections. Advanced students work on molecular biology, evolution, and complex biological mechanisms with detailed understanding. Practice questions, revision strategies, and concept discussions are included to ensure steady progress and strong retention.
Biology also helps students develop curiosity, observation skills, and a deeper understanding of the natural world. As they gain clarity, they feel more confident explaining concepts and answering questions. Many students begin to enjoy the subject once they see its relevance to everyday life.
