About Zoey
My fascination with biology started when I first learned about how cells contain genetic information that controls the growth and development of organisms. Understanding how these tiny structures influence every living process inspired me to study the subject more deeply. I completed a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences and later earned a Master’s in Life Sciences to expand my knowledge of biological systems and environmental processes.
During the past 9 years, I have worked with many students who initially found biology difficult because of the amount of information involved. Through teaching experience I discovered that clear explanations and visual learning methods can make biological ideas much easier to understand. Because of this, I focus on connecting concepts so students can see how different topics relate to each other.
My teaching style encourages students to explore biological questions, discuss ideas openly, and develop a deeper appreciation for life sciences. Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about new discoveries in genetics and environmental biology, which helps me bring interesting and current examples into my lessons.

My biology lessons focus on helping students develop a clear and organized understanding of living systems. Instead of memorizing long descriptions, students learn how different biological processes connect and influence each other. I explain topics such as cell biology, genetics, plant systems, and human physiology using diagrams and simple comparisons that make complex ideas easier to visualize.
Lessons are organized according to the student’s learning stage and academic goals. Beginners explore basic biological structures such as cells, tissues, and simple plant systems. Intermediate learners study genetics, ecological relationships, and the major systems of the human body in greater depth. Advanced students analyze biological interactions, complex diagrams, and examination-style questions that require deeper reasoning and understanding. Practice exercises and discussions are included so students can gradually strengthen their knowledge.
Biology becomes much more engaging when learners realize that the subject explains how life functions at every level, from microscopic cells to entire ecosystems. My goal is to help students develop curiosity about life sciences and confidence when studying complex biological topics.
