I approach each topic by making sure my student understands the basics and builds the knowledge. My teaching is student led. I have found that the student knows where they struggle. It is my job to take the time to explain things in a different way until they understand, and can begin to enjoy the subject. I also believe exam technique is important. There are tips that can help to make the questions less daunting and ways to work out what the examiner wants from you.
