About Olwethu
I am a biological sciences graduate. I have worked with young children at after school programs and Sunday school lessons. Two years into university I realized the importance living healthily in order for you to perform at your best at school or at work and in order to keep your hormones well-balanced which well keep feelings of depression and tiredness away. I believe that holstic health is the best approach to life as it focuses on whole-person health (mind, body and spirit), and nutrition is an important component of living holistically.

I believe in hands-on teaching rather than simply giving people information to try and absorb on their own. Practical teaching with activities and visual learning as well with charts and models is a great way to help people understand the content of the work better.
