About Tara
I’m currently a student biochemist at the University of East Anglia. I achieved B’s in both biology and chemistry at A Level and am very passionate about both subjects, particularly chemistry, which is why I decided to study both at degree level. I love working with younger students and helping them understand the principles of chemistry and how important it is.

I base my method of tutoring younger students on how I would improve my own understanding of topics- by going through the skills and knowledge required to answer practice and exam questions (specific to their exam board), identifying where strengths and weaknesses lie, and focusing mainly on areas that need improvement. I find past exam papers the most useful, as it allows you to learn key information needed in topics while also practicing exam technique.
