About Alen
I am a biochemistry graduate with four years of experience teaching and supporting students in GCSE Chemistry, Biology and Physics, as well as experience teaching A-Level Chemistry. I offer clear, engaging and personalised lessons designed to help students improve both their understanding and confidence.
Every lesson is adapted to the student’s individual needs. I can support students with challenging topics, revision, homework, exam preparation and exam technique. I explain complex scientific ideas in a simple and accessible way, using examples and guided practice to help students apply their knowledge independently.
My approach is patient, encouraging and focused on progress. I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes and developing the confidence they need to succeed in their science examinations.

I am a biochemistry graduate with a strong interest in science and education. I have four years of experience teaching and supporting students in GCSE Chemistry, Biology and Physics, as well as experience with A-Level Chemistry.
I enjoy helping students understand challenging scientific concepts and seeing their confidence develop over time. I am patient, approachable and committed to adapting my teaching to suit each student’s individual needs and learning style.
I want to teach because I believe that every student can make progress when they receive the right guidance and encouragement. My aim is to create a positive, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes and achieving their academic goals.
