About Nathaly
I have been teaching classes mostly for beginners and some with injuries. I made sure that they feel safe throughout the practice and felt good in their body and mind after the class. J'ai donné des cours principalement aux débutants et certains avec des blessures. Is always very kind and helpful in my yoga sessions. She consistently organizes different challenging yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation sessions to suit my level.
