About Yassine
I am a bilingual legal counsel, lecturer in law, and PhD holder in international arbitration, bringing a blend of academic and practical expertise. In my role as legal consultant, I have advised clients across a range of matters, including commercial litigation, investment and commercial arbitration cases, enforcement of arbitral awards within the OHADA region and employment law. I also managed the legal processes for clients establishing offices in West Africa, and protect their interests in dispute resolution. My expertise also encompasses reviewing letters of guarantee, drafting legal opinions to facilitate state approvals of projects, and ensuring the enforcement of arbitral awards and judgments across West Africa.
