About Evan
I have spent the last two years of my life immersed in various parts of Austria, Switzerland, and southern Germany and have a wide-reaching knowledge of language tendencies and patterns from a variety of German cultures. I thus have first-hand experience with the challenges as well as the tools for learning German as it is really spoken. I'll help you gain confidence in speaking and understanding through speech-analysis of common German so the vocabulary you learn is able to be applied and you are able to forge connections without the barrier of accents or comprehension.

In-depth German tutoring provides you with the tools you need to understand German as it's really spoken and make progress toward sounding like a native speaker.
As a student who has achieved a C1 (near native-speaker) level of German in less than a year and a half I provide tried and tested methodology for progression in a way that I have witnessed be digestible and applicable for those who are willing to put in the effort.
A typical lesson will include principles and personalized guidance, as well as opportunities to practice and increase fluency through direct feedback and encouragement.
Lessons available for beginner (A1-A2) and intermediate (B1) learners seeking tools and methods to expedite learning. Able to teach through German immersion, as well as from English or though translation applications.
