About Macéo

Curious, demanding, and caring: three words that sum up my approach to both teaching and project management. With a Master's degree in IT from Epitech, I have already led several applications from ideation to deployment, both as a full-stack developer and as an agile project manager. This dual role gives me a 360° vision: I am familiar with good coding practices, as well as the design, deadline, and quality imperatives encountered in the professional world.

Each session is prepared with the same rigor required by a corporate client: clear objectives, defined deliverables, and regular follow-ups. I use proven tools (Git, Kanban boards, code reviews) so that my students immediately acquire reflexes compatible with industry standards. My international experience (France, Switzerland, Spain) also allows me to adapt my content in French or English, and to share the latest tech trends.

Beyond technical skills, I place a strong emphasis on soft skills: communication, active curiosity, and teamwork. You'll learn not only how to write clean, scalable code, but also how to present your ideas confidently, manage your time, and collaborate effectively—all qualities sought after by businesses and essential for academic success.

Joining my classes means benefiting from personalized support, backed up by solid professional references, in a friendly environment where mistakes are seen as the best source of learning. Let's transform your ambitions into concrete and lasting skills Together !

My teaching approach: transmitting more than lines of code, a true “product” mindset

Teaching methods and techniques
• “Learning by shipping” approach: each concept is directly applied to a concrete mini-project (e.g. React todo-app, Figma prototype, Flutter API).
• Flipped pedagogy: the student prepares a short reading/video, then the course is used to code, test and iterate together.
• Pair programming & guided code review: I take turns taking on the role of “driver” and “navigator” to show, then have done.
• Professional tools used in business: GitHub, Notion, agile Kanban boards, basic CI/CD (GitHub Actions) to get used to a real workflow.
• Continuous feedback: agile retro-planning (5-minute sprint review) at the end of each session to anchor the knowledge acquired and define the next objective.

Typical course schedule (1h30)
00:00-00:10 Warm-up: quick review of sticking points and successes since the last session.
00:10-00:30 Targeted theoretical capsule (slides or Miro whiteboard) + interactive Q&A.
00:30-01:10 Guided hands-on workshop: step-by-step development, testing, going live or prototyping.
01:10-01:25 Code review and optimization: quality, readability, design pattern, accessibility.
01:25-01:30 Review & Action Plan: SMART goals for the week, recommended resources.

What sets me apart as a teacher
• Dual role Project Manager & Developer: I connect technology to business, UX and product issues.
• Multicultural experience (Paris, Barcelona, Switzerland): courses available in French or English, with examples taken from international contexts.
• Emphasis on soft skills: communication, leadership, time-boxing, essential for hackathons, TFE or start-up projects.
• Culture of innovation: real-time technology monitoring (generative AI, low-code DevOps) to keep students at the cutting edge.

Target audience
• Passionate high school students wishing to prepare for an engineering school competition or a Parcoursup portfolio.
• Post-baccalaureate students (BUT, bachelor’s degree, computer science school) who want to consolidate React, Flutter, Python, or agile project management.
• Junior/self-taught developers looking to improve their skills in application architecture, UX/UI design and product methodology.
• Non-tech entrepreneurs who need to lead a development team or prototype an MVP quickly.

My promise: dynamic, results-oriented sessions, where you come away with a tangible deliverable and a deep understanding of “why” and “how.”
