Nicky absolutely saved me when it came to music theory. We met in a show a few years back, and he noticed I was struggling with some of my harmonies. He would always try to help me during rehearsals, and eventually we became pretty great friends. Over the time I've known him, he has taught me how to read and understand the harmonies I'm given. Even if you don't get what he's explaining to you right away, he takes the time to go through the subject until you start to understand.
