I am currently a Social Media Influencer. I love teaching as well. I have an experience in teaching children from 3-5years in school and 5-13years in church. I am a great communicator , was a Customer Care Representative, a good listener , former News Reporter, fun to be with and have passion for the Media. A word lover, love to read majorly - Articles. My teaching Method is
1. Introduction of myself to the class /student
2. Establish a personal rapport
3. Ask questions .
4 Conduct mini test on the said topic to ensure understanding
5.Use of pictures, songs, simple diction 6. Introducing humour into the tutoring session.
7. Using words like "do you understand" 'is it clear to you" to consent their understanding.
8. Requesting feedback on previous lesson learnt
Lesson Structure : A behavioral research that characterize well-structured lessons will be a perfect guide to a lesson structure.
I will start lessons by reviewing prerequisite learning and this can include a type of formative assessment.
I wilm also provide present new material in small steps, with student practice after each step. Simple student exercises after each presentation to determine student level of mastery and to show how I will modify instruction, if needed.
Giving clear and detailed instructions and explanations.
Providing a high level of active practice for all students.
Asking a large number of questions, check for understanding, and obtain responses from all students. Grading student reponses is not necessary at this point as this step is used to aßist me just as much as to assist the student.
I will guide students during initial practice and provide systematic feedback and corrections.
