About Eli
I am a composer, documentary maker, and teacher from Los Angeles, CA, based in Valencia, Spain, whose musical work has been credited in various European movies and Netflix series. Among my best known credits are Elite (Netflix) and Call of Duty: Cold War (video game). I'm currently hired as a composer on award-winning songwriter Jack Wall's label, Lost in Sound Records, and I'm developing a documentary series about various festivals and cultures around the world.
Besides being a musician, I love teaching and help other people. As a foreigner living in Spain, I like to help other foreigners from all over the world when they come to Spain to feel at home. I also teach English part-time in a primary school, where I am very happy to work with young people.

I have five years of experience working with students of all levels. At Berklee, I helped my students save thousands of dollars by training them to pass exams in university classes. My philosophy with all music subjects is to recognize that context is the most important thing. I always work with my students to make their classes relevant and interesting while maximizing learning. This is why I have multiple methods for teaching concepts such as key signatures, chord qualities, melodies, etc.
