Claire has been an amazing teacher to introduce me to the cello as an adult learner! I love the structure of lessons and how she supports me in exploring my interests with the instrument while grounding in technique fit to my specific growth needs. She is very patient when reviewing areas that are particularly challenging or when I get excited and try to jump ahead. Claire makes lessons fun and provides very clear notes for when I am practicing on my own. I would recommend her to anyone looking to grow in technique, music theory, and musicality with the cello!

Claire took my Guitar playing to New Heights. I fell into the classic trap of getting good enough for people to think that I’m good at guitar and then stopped practicing. Claire pulled me out of that decade-long trap and filled in all of the basics that I had ignored to the point where I feel confident in my playing and can actually back it up with the skill. I would not have that skill without Claire. You should give her money to teach you how to play guitar, it is 100% an investment in yourself.

I've had many music teachers over the years, and Claire is hands down the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She's extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and she can communicate musical concepts in a way that is both clear and engaging. She makes learning fun, but definitely will push you to meet your musical goals. It's also worth noting that she is very organized, which is sadly hard to come by in a lot of instructors. Overall, Claire is great, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new teacher!
