About Desi
Desiree is a professional Bellydancer and instructor with over 15 years of experience. She is charismatic and loves interacting with the public, based in the UK she has been working regularly in restaurants and events all over London. She started her studies in belly dance in 2000, when she first fell in love with this dance. Her training trajectory includes countries like UK, Spain, Brazil, Egypt and Lebanon.

Bellydance consists of gentle and yet sharp movements which allow us to connect body and mind while still burning calories! In the classes you will learn the foundation of Bellydance: posture, arm and feet positions, introduce muscle isolation, rhythm and all the basic belly dance movements. It is designed for both complete beginners or for those wishing to brush up their skills in the dance. We will start with a warm-up, then technique and practice with music, followed by a short choreography or either drills to put all your moves into practice and the workshop finalises with a stretch in the end. I will explain and demonstrate all the movements and give support whenever necessary.
