I believe in providing a sacred space for joy, uplifting, liberation, and healing

I originally met India at Yoga Teacher Training, but since then we have connected on a variety of healing practices. She is so knowledgeable about healing and wellness and I often look to her as a peer mentor. India always creates an environment that allows individuals to be their full unique selves, which is crucial when teaching a practice like yoga because we all have different bodies, experience levels and tolerance levels. I’ve noticed that when I’m struggling with a pose or flow, India can gently guide me through when I get stuck. I can always tell that she is really paying attention to her students to make sure they have the best experience. Her presence is very gentle and calming, but she also always encourages you to be your best self. I would highly recommend India, especially for anyone looking to grow in a safer environment cultivated with pure intention and centered around truth and joy!
