Are you looking to explore and create dance? Do you want to learn about your body? Do you need to do other types of dance?
You will learn about the human body and about your body, your potentialities.
From the contemporary dance technique and Body Expression you will learn to improvise and create individual and group compositions.
In addition, dance is health: tensions, contractures will go away because we will work on relaxation and elongation.
You will feel with more joy and energy !! Reduces stress, depression and anxiety.
"We should consider lost the days when we have not danced at least once" Nietzsche.

100% recomendable.
