About Divya
Asia rank 5 in Judo, I am a former international judo player and a 5 times national gold medallist. i played judo as well as kurash for 7 years and have been pursuing fitness ever since and have been going to gym since i was 13 and have been trained by professional trainers.

since every body is different and therefore has different needs i will be discussing your body type and what will work the best for you to meet your goals be it workouts or the diet plan.
Moving forward, we will have live workouts where i will be working out with you at real time and not just showing you exercise once and then asking you to do it on your own like every other trainer out there.
lastly, we will have regular follow ups on how the body is responding to the change and how the person is feeling about it.
