About Gaurav
I am a student of life. I come from an engineering background. I have always wanted to be fit and healthy in my life. But it has not always been possible due to various issues like smoking, unhealthy diet, unhealthy lifestyle. It was during those dark days that I realized the paramount importance of a healthy life. Since I have not only recovered but have also come a long way towards the positive aspects of a healthy life now, I feel its time for me to give back and help others.

a) Listen to the student, and analyze his/her current situation and future ambitions.
b) Work with the student and devise a roadmap.
c) Divide the entire roadmap into feasible milestones based on a time-period.
d) Work with the student to achieve the targeted milestones through motivation, monitoring, and so on.
