About Jenny
My coaching and consulting frameworks are backed by an extensive, high-level background in school psychology, educational consulting, and acute youth behavioral environments. I have served as a private school counselor and a school psychologist, which gives me an intimate understanding of school-system accountability, psychological evaluations, and how to effectively navigate the IEP and 504 process to secure the right accommodations for students. Beyond the school system, my background includes advanced trauma research, intervention within youth drug treatment programs, and working with acute populations in psychiatric care. This diverse clinical and educational background allows me to understand the root causes of complex behavior, severe emotional dysregulation, and executive functioning challenges that traditional academic tutors or general coaches cannot touch. Please note: While I possess a deep clinical and research background, my services through Superprof are strictly limited to behavioral coaching, youth intervention, and educational consulting. I do not provide diagnostic assessments or clinical mental health therapy

When we work together, it is important to know that I do not work with your child in isolation, nor do I use a trial-and-error approach.Behavior doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it is closely tied to daily routines, environmental triggers, and household communication patterns. Because of this, trying to address a behavioral challenge by working strictly with a child separate from their daily environment rarely leads to lasting change.Instead, we use a structured, collaborative method designed to support the entire family. Think of me as a specialist who guides the household through a clear, repeatable process:Objective Analysis: We remove the guesswork by tracking exactly what happens right before a challenging moment (the trigger) and right after (the response). Mapping out this sequence reveals patterns that point us directly toward a solution.Active Partnership: I bring the behavioral frameworks and educational consulting expertise, but you are the expert on your child. While I work with your child on self-regulation and executive skills, I am simultaneously coaching you on how to prompt, support, and reinforce those skills.Real-Life Practice: We don’t just talk about strategies in a quiet room. We look at your family's toughest daily transitions—whether that is homework, bedtime, or leaving the house—and practice new communication techniques during those exact times to build immediate confidence.Data-Driven Progress: We use simple logs to measure our success, keeping track of how often or how long a behavior occurs. Looking at concrete numbers gives us clear proof of what is working and allows us to adjust our strategy accurately.Ultimately, my goal is to leave you with a sustainable system. By partnering together on this method, you will gain the exact tools and insights needed to confidently navigate your child's current challenges and any future developmental phases that come next."
