Umme is a great Geographer. She is able to draw on geographical skills, knowledge and understanding of processes and patterns to present arguments orally and in her written work. She has shown a deep understanding for the issues we face with a warming world and the impacts of natural hazards on countries with varying degrees of development. She has produced some excellent pieces of work which reflect her strong understanding for key concepts and is reflected in her A grade at A level. She is able to work independently on tasks and carry out research well. She actively listens to others students and is a vital contributor to class discussions. She is able to break down information to others and is an effective listener. She has great communication skills and bring humour into her work.
