Details
My hourly rate for one-on-one sessions is ₹700. I also offer value packages for personal sessions, a 5-hour pack at ₹3450 and a 10-hour pack at ₹6900, designed for those who want to stay consistent and see steady progress.
Small group sessions are available at a lower per-person cost, making them a more affordable option while still offering guidance and structure.
A 1-hour FREE DEMO session is available so you can experience my teaching style before committing.
Along with the class, you’ll also receive simple routine suggestions, basic lifestyle guidance and helpful cues you can apply on your own, so your progress continues even outside the session!🫶🏼
