About Molly
I’m Molly, a London-based yoga teacher passionate about helping people feel strong, steady and connected in their bodies. My journey into yoga began alongside a busy professional career, and I understand the importance of movement that supports both energy and calm. My classes blend strength, softness and mindful challenge. In 2023, I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali, covering vinyasa and hatha yoga styles. More recently, in 2025, I completed a 50 hour yin yoga teacher training programme.
