About Soro
My name is Soro, I've been into sports since young age, I started playing football from 6 years old and ended up professional. In gym I've been constantly training for 15 years. I finished sports college and sports University and I am qualified in lvl 5 advanced nutrition lvl 4 sports massage lvl 3 personal trainer. I've been working as a Personal trainer and massage therapist in UK for over 5 years with a vast experience in coaching and working as a physiotherapist with professional athletes or people with no experience.

I contacted Soro 6 months back who is my colleague and Personal trainer now. I must say he has got good knowledge in the field of health and fitness. I have never seen someone so much dedicated and sincere who works around you and with you to achieve the best outcomes in the form of multi directional approach by giving diet plans, explaining the advantages of sports massage and cupping techniques as well role of strength and conditioning in maintaining/building up your dream physiques.
