About Emelie

I’m a passionate and patient tutor who truly enjoys helping students learn and grow. As a Bachelor of Education student with real classroom and tutoring experience, I understand how to support different learning styles and make each session meaningful. I’m reliable, organized, and committed to creating a safe, encouraging space where students feel confident asking questions and trying new things. I believe that learning should be both fun and effective, and I’m here to help every step of the way!

About the lesson

My tutoring sessions are personalized, interactive, and student-centered. I adapt each lesson to the learner’s level, interests, and goals, whether they’re in elementary school or preparing for a French exam like the DELF A1. I use a variety of tools (visuals, games, oral practice, and real-life scenarios) to help students build confidence and deepen their understanding. A typical lesson includes a quick review, an engaging activity or game, targeted practice, and a short wrap-up or reflection. What sets me apart is my ability to connect with students and create a fun, supportive environment where they feel safe to make mistakes and grow. I specialize in teaching French but also tutor elementary math and science.
