About Khatija
Hi! I'm Khatija, a BBA student specializing in Marketing. I enjoy learning new languages and sharing what I learn in a simple, approachable way. I’m especially interested in languages, communication and business. I am french B1 qualified. I taught my own classmates and friends and they scored A+ and O grade in French. I’m patient, organized and believe that a comfortable learning environment makes it much easier to ask questions, practice and improve.

My teaching approach
I believe a good class should leave you thinking, “Oh, now I actually understand it!” — not “I just memorized it for the test.”
My approach is simple, interactive and student-focused. I first understand the student's current level, learning goals and areas of difficulty, and then adapt the lesson accordingly.
How I teach
Explain → Practice → Apply: I explain the concept in simple language, work through examples with you, and then let you practice it yourself.
Step-by-step learning: We break difficult topics into smaller, manageable parts instead of rushing through the syllabus.
Active participation: I encourage students to answer questions, explain their thinking and ask questions rather than simply listen.
Regular revision: Previous topics are revisited through short exercises so that knowledge is retained.
Practical examples: Wherever possible, I connect concepts to everyday situations so they are easier to remember.
What does a typical class look like?
1. Quick recap – Review what we covered previously and clear up any doubts.
2. Today's concept – Learn a new topic with simple explanations and examples.
3. Guided practice – Solve questions or complete activities together.
4. Independent practice – The student tries similar questions independently so I can identify what still needs work.
5. Recap & next step – Summarize the key points and decide what to practice before the next class.
For French A1
For beginners, we start from the very beginning — pronunciation, greetings, introductions, numbers, vocabulary, basic grammar and sentence formation — and gradually move towards reading, listening and simple everyday conversations.
I am french B1 qualified, so I understand the challenges of learning French from the beginner level. My focus is on helping A1 students build a strong foundation without making the language feel intimidating.

My classes are particularly suitable for students who want patient explanations, consistent practice and a comfortable environment where asking questions is encouraged.
I don't believe in making students memorize everything blindly. My aim is to help you understand the concept well enough that you can eventually solve or use it on your own.
