Yogi for 8 years, teacher for almost 20. Love the outdoors, cooking, traveling, painting, meditation, music, and community. Healing and relaxing with the gentleness of yoga. As well as teaching. I have a teenager and love cats as well as fish and sea life.

Learning can be fun and inviting. 200 hr RYT learning towards 600 hr RYT. Trauma-Informed Care Certified. Yin Yoga. Yoga Nidra and Chair Yoga. 95 hr RYT teaching children. Stretch and mobility, movement, sequencing, breathing, mindfulness and offerings. I’m open to custom lessons as well.
