Although not in a more professional setting, I have been teaching people for 2 years, experienced in how to adapt to different crowds and students to get my point across clearly. My teaching method is quite democratic while also constructive. I like to make the content relatable to the students and so connect it to their own life or things they are very familiar with. I also like to have lots of time for questions and group input, allowing me to build off this to teach valuable and memorable lessons. Lessons would generally open with some examples of content to be learned, followed by a class discussion on what this means and how to use it. This could then be built off, by both myself and the students, into a lesson. This style makes the students teach themselves a lesson through their own exploration and development, creating a more helpful and stronger message of the lesson. This method is also adaptable between different content and subjects.
