About Abigail
I studied LLB Law with Politics at University and after completing my degree, I was called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2016. I have been working in an advocacy based position since qualifying; I am employed within a Government department, spending most of my days in Court. I understand the importance of advocacy skills for all aspiring lawyers! Not only in successfully passing the Bar, but in order to boost your confidence when you one day find yourself in front of a 'real' Judge. Strong advocacy skills will ensure that you perform well in professional adversarial settings, in interviews, exams and will also boost your self-confidence.

I mainly teach post-graduate law students, studying the BPTC or LPC. However, if you are at a different or earlier stage and keen to get a head-start then please contact me! I like to base my teaching style around the needs and confidence level of my individual students. Advocacy is a very unique skill which takes a lot of time to develop and perfect - no matter which advocacy style you develop personally, a Judge may not receive it well! I try to teach my students to be succinct, professional yet artistic in their delivery.
