About Sunodh
I'm a final year BAMS (Ayurveda doctor) medical student. Performing yoga for about 4 years and training students for at least 3 years. Expertise in various styles of yoga and provide instructions on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and modifications. I basically create a supportive environment for students for their classes.

Repeated practices are given.Scheduled classes are arranged.Classes are taken according to the students convenience.Mainly focuses on body postures,breathing techniques.Helps in synchronizing breathing along with movement.
Specific classes on asana about poses to build strength and body flexibility.Also focuses on awakening the dormant energy within through specific postures,breath work and meditation.
Video is also available for the students with special fee

The best teacher I ever got. He made my fear of maths into my all time favourite. Easy going classes and his patience made me so easy to study Week wise tests and doubt clearance also helped me a lot. Visual representation and solving the questions in a story way is very helpful
