About Ka
I am a graduate of Florida A & M University (FAMU) nursing program. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, nervous, and trying to retain so much information at once. That’s why I use relatable teaching methods, real-life nursing experience, and simple test-taking strategies to help students feel more prepared, less anxious, and successful in passing the NCLEX, nursing school exams, and CNA state exams.

I am an experienced Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree who passed the NCLEX on the first attempt. I have experience teaching and mentoring nursing students, LPNs, future RNs, and CNA students. My teaching style is very relatable because I was once in your shoes, so I understand what methods truly help students learn and succeed.
I have extensive experience working in ICU, ER, Med-Surg, PACU, long-term care, nurse education, and leadership roles including floor nurse, RN supervisor, and code team leader. I can help students prepare for NCLEX success, nursing school exams, clinicals, and CNA state exams. I also teach study tricks, test-taking strategies, and memory techniques that make it easier to retain information and build confidence in real-world nursing situations.
