I am a friendly and passionate trainer shaped by my experiences living and working in Japan, the United States, and Finland. Moving through different cultures has helped me develop strong communication skills and an open, approachable personality. I truly enjoy connecting with people and understanding their goals. When I set a goal—whether it is my own or a client's—I commit fully and never give up until it is achieved. I believe progress comes from consistent effort, trust, and enjoying the journey together.
