About Shai
I have taught many employees, students over the past years regarding criminal justice policy and procedures, Federal Statutes, Federal Law, Rules and Regulations, Certifications. Have Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and 25 years working for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. 18 years as a Supervisor.
I held very high positions in the Bureau of prisons but always dealt directly with the inmates. Therefore, I can tell you from experience their true psychological behavior patterns and dive deep into the criminal mind.

I have vast knowledge of the criminal justice system in all areas due to my 25 years in the Federal Prison System. The best learning comes from hands-on training and firsthand knowledge of real-life situations. The learning will be fun, knowledge-based with real life experience to help you grasp the concepts being taught. This approach is much more interesting and helps keep your interest in the topic because real life scenarios and stories are always more interesting than teaching directly from a book.
