As a 19-year-old professional ballet dancer, I’ve already danced on stages around the world and performed with renowned companies like the Sarasota Ballet, ABT, and Bayerisches Ballet. I’ve earned a BA in dance from a top international ballet school, HMTM, and I teach using the Vaganova method, known for its precision and artistry.

In my ballet class, I take a structured yet flexible approach to foster growth, technique, and artistry. I begin by setting a calm, focused atmosphere where every student feels comfortable but challenged. I start with a thorough warm-up, incorporating some Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) principles to activate core muscles and build alignment before moving to the barre.
At the barre, I emphasize the foundations of the Vaganova method, ensuring that students understand the mechanics of each movement. I guide them through plies, tendus, and other fundamentals with attention to detail, helping them develop the strength and control needed for balance and precision. My corrections are clear and direct but always framed in a way that encourages improvement rather than critique.
As we move to center work, I focus on musicality and coordination, giving combinations that challenge artistry and expression. I use my stage experience to coach students on performance qualities—how to make each movement tell a story. By incorporating my background in psychology, I pay attention to how students respond to pressure, adjusting my approach to maintain a supportive environment that promotes confidence.
Throughout the class, I might integrate elements from Pilates to further strengthen the body and help prevent injury. My teaching is always honest and realistic, but never harsh—my goal is for students to feel their progress and leave class feeling motivated, not discouraged. Every dancer gets individual feedback, ensuring they walk away with personalized goals for improvement.
