About Joslyn
Hello! My name is Joslyn Kim. I am a Junior at the University of Maryland, College Park. My major is public policy, and I have 3+ years of tutoring experience in the industry. A little bit about me, I love to tutor mathematics, reading and writing, and college prep. As a current college student, I cater my lessons towards students looking to excel in secondary school and beyond. My goal is to get my students one step closer to their goals. I look forward to our learning journey together!

The very first lesson is one to start with brief introductions. After introductions, I like to take a quick survey with students to see exactly how they learn material best in the classroom to best cater the learning experience to their needs. For the second class, we jump right into the material. Each lesson typically consists of a quick icebreaker ( ~ 5 minutes), then goes onto the content, followed by an exit ticket to gauge learning in the session.
