About Lucille anne

I am a dedicated tutor who values the time and effort of my learners.
Understanding that every students learn in different ways and paces, I make sure to create a safe and comfortable learning environment during every session. I make sure that each attempt to learn is rewarded and each difficulty is handled with great support so as to build confidence and love for learning.
With these in mind, I put great importance in my preparation both of my instructional materials as well as of my teaching strategies.

About the lesson

I usually prepare lessons and enhancements for 3 to 6 year old learners. My first session is usually diagnostic in nature where I conduct drills and exercises to assess my learner's behavioral and cognitive potential. I also use this session to communicate with the parents as to their expectation and desired outcome for their child. With the information I gather, I then draft a syllabus containing the basic object of our tutorial along with an outline of the lessons that we will take up to achieve such objective. I usually place target timeline for the lessons with a caveat that it would be as flexible as possible mostly depending on the learning style and pace of my learner.
I believe progress takes different forms and paces when it comes to very young learners.
